They called me Kid Gorgeous. Later on, it was Kid Presentable. Then Kid Gruesome. And finally, Kid Moe.

It’s not just about werewolves and vampires playing baseball Ryan, it’s a love story.

Zach Galifianakis handles heckler Johnny Fairplay (apparently from Survivor, and apparently his real name?). Just pure gold right here. Some highlights:

- “So what are you doing for a living now? Cuz I’m casting a new reality show called ‘Awkward’ and I think you’d be great.”

- “Do you make public appearances and stuff? (Yup.) Is this one of them? Cuz this sucks.”

Two Zach G. videos in one day is just about the quota.

Wait a minute…

Recently, D-Rose said he wanted to be in movies when his basketball days are done.  If you’ve ever seen this guy get interviewed, the idea of him in movies is cookoo bananas.  However, after watching this I’m singing a different tune.  I’ve seen the spot they did with Gilbert Arenas and it was just alright.  This one is legitimately funny, or at least I think so.

You see it’s interesting because we’ve all experienced it.

Papa Smurf…

I kind of wish Andy Richter was always on Between Two Ferns.

Go Forth…

I don’t know if you’ve had the pleasure of stumbling upon Levi’s “Go Forth” campaign yet, but I promise it is a treat.  Really, the voice over makes the spot.  I could listen to the commercial with my eyes closed and still love it, maybe even more than I do with the visuals.  Rumor has it the man talking is actually Walt Whitman, who also (obviously) wrote the poem used in the spot.  His voice reminds me of Winston Churchill, and it’s strained, emotional delivery is kind of inspiring.

And while the spot does not make me want to buy jeans, I do find myself feeling a whole lot better about Levi’s.
